Hatha Yoga, with a focus on alignment, pairs seated, standing and on-the-back poses with breathing techniques. This class will flow slowly and smoothly from one posture to another, with some long holds in between for deeper fascia stretching.

SFU Student Services Academic Advisors will host a course planning session for FIC students who are hoping to transfer to SFU for the Summer 2024 term as undeclared students. Undeclared students are those who have not yet declared a major program.
