INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY MARCH VANCOUVER

Place: šxʷƛ̓ənəq Xwtl’e7énḵ Square (Vancouver Art Gallery, North Plaza)
The event will begin with an Indigenous welcome ceremony. This will be followed by speeches from local community leaders and activists. We are excited to announce this year’s speaker’s lineup will include:

- Embodiment Coach and Author, Tara Teng
- Judith Kasiama, Colour the Trails

- Local Palestinian organizer, Rawan Hassan
- Leila Williams, Urban Native Youth Association
- Katy Ho, @FEMINIST
- Clio Lake, Society for Advocacy for Gender-Affirming Healthcare (SAGAH)
- And a Musical Performance by Solidarity Notes
The event will provide ASL interpreters and a kid’s corner to ensure accessibility for all ages and abilities.
