Join SFU for a rejuvenating session of Hatha Yoga, hosted by SFU Vancouver Wellness. Hatha Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that focuses on physical postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced yogi, this class offers something for everyone. A combination of flexibility, strength, balance, movement, and stillness will be used throughout the class. Participants will leave feeling more grounded, energized, and balanced between body and mind. All levels and beginners are welcome!
No registration is required. Attendance to classes is first-come-first-served and limited to 15 people per class. Classes can fill up quickly and when they reach capacity, we will not accept any more attendees. Please arrive early as access to class will end at the posted start time. Please bring your own yoga mat. SFU will not provide any mats or props.
