HONOURING INDIGENOUS STUDENTS POWWOW
The intention for this yearly powwow is to create a positive space on campus for representation and community connection. This intertribal event will be an opportunity for all to participate, interact, and learn more about the depth and beauty of Indigenous communities and cultures. The FNMISA look forward to hosting this event because this will be the first powwow on the mountain hosted and organized by this association. All the organizing of this event is being done by student volunteers!
Doors open: 10:00am
Grand entry: 12:00pm, 6:00pm
Dinner: 5pm-6pm
There will be a 50/50 and raffle!
